Postage & Packaging

Postage / Shipping Charges

 UK :- £3.90  flat rate shipping per order.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel post for parcels less than 2kg in weight .

If parcel weight should exceed 2kg your order will be shipped via courier and you should receive an email to confirm this, however you/the customer will still pay only £3.90p postage cost.

**We are currently offering FREE Postage on all UK orders sub-totaling £70 - this will be via a courier service**

 Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us using the on-line contact form. The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 state you are entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period, during which you may cancel your order, return it, then receive a full refund, and we are happy to do this but regret that postage is non refundable once the item has been shipped out to you. If you decide to return your goods in this time frame, they must be returned to us at your own expense in their original, intact, unopened packaging and securely packaged so they arrive with us un-damaged. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been opened, or where the seal has been broken. Please obtain proof of postage when sending goods back to us. If we receive the goods in the stated condition, we will refund your PayPal payment, minus the postage costs.

Postage is calculated on the weight of your order, packaging materials, labour and transportation. Biodegradable materials are used for packaging whenever possible, our packing peanuts will dissolve in water and are made of potato starch and fully biodegradable. We have a re-cycling policy and will, when possible, recycle packaging materials in order to help the environment and save on costs. Extra insurance is available if required but this must be arranged by your request, it will then be charged accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if they are uninsured or untracked, as once they leave our hands they become the responsibility of the Royal Mail. You must provide us with your own FULL address details including postcode as we cannot be responsible for incorrect address information or shipping to addresses of third parties, we ship to your registered PayPal address or the address you provide us with at checkout supplied with your payment details, it is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct. Should the parcel be lost or damaged, we will assist when possible with your royal mail claim as we always obtain proof of postage certificates on dispatch of your order.

We use Royal Mail 2nd  Class  delivery for parcels weighing less than 2kg but may use a Courier for parcels that weigh over 2kg.

We visit the post office mostly once a week (to save on fuel costs and to reduce our carbon footprint, so your order will be dispatched in between 1 to 7 days, but please note that at busy times like Christmas and Bank Holidays, it may take longer, so be sure to order EARLY!
