 Any customer who decides to purchase anything from Spirit of The Isle Ltd. (Ysbryd yr Ynys) MUST accept that the Governing Law of our terms and conditions is United Kingdom Law and the United Kingdom courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between us and you.  Who are we? - Spirit of the Isle Ltd is a small registered limited company no 08420887, founded and owned by Nia Jones. We make handmade soap and cosmetic products.

 How and what data do we collect from you? - We only collect information from our customers / website visitors when you make a purchase from our website or if you opt in to be added / subscribe to our email newsletter list or when you send us a message via email or via the site contact form, our website is hosted by BigCartel.com so they share this information also.

The information we collect from you are; your name and address, your email address, Internet Protocol (IP address) used to connect your computer to the internet, your order history and any emails you send to us. When you make a purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions – we only accept PayPal payments as we find this is a secure and reliable site. We recommend you check this policy before using this payment method. We only use PayPal to process online payments and provide our merchant services. Our company website is hosted on the BigCartel.com platform. it provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. BigCartel.com inform us that the site receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or that you provide us in any other way.  Mailing List - Spirit of the Isle Ltd. run a newsletter email mailing list of people who have subscribed to our newsletter and for past customers of ours who we think may benefit from news about our products or promotions on our website. We reserve the right to unsubscribe people if we deem this necessary. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our list then you may contact us via our online shop stating your preference and you will be removed from our list, we may however keep your personal details on an ‘opted-out’ list in order to ensure we do not market you again. Also, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter we send out to our subscribers or customers so unsubscribing is easy to do at any time. We do not pass on any details to third parties of any information you give us when you subscribe to our newsletter. Newsletters are sent no more than about once a month at most. Payments on our website:

We choose to accept the most secure method to pay online, which is via PayPal. You may use your credit or debit card to pay this way by following the instructions given during the ‘payment’ stage - you do not have to be a registered PayPal customer to pay in this way.

 All our product prices are in UK pounds sterling - we do not add VAT to the prices shown. Prices are correct on the day you purchase, but we reserve the right to make future price changes, as we deem necessary.

     We reserve the right to cancel transactions without notice if we deem necessary; in such circumstances we will always refund payment in full. Any charges you may incur as a result of your online purchase must be paid by you, as we cannot be responsible for those. Any refunds issued will be made via PayPal.

 We do not accept online payments by cheque, bank transfers, cash or postal order.

 Goods will be shipped once your order has been accepted and we have received full payment.
